His career first took shape in marketing and management, before spending over a decade in sales and leadership with Lavazza in Australia. When Neumann Gruppe approached him to build InterAmerican Coffee Australia, Daniel jumped at the chance. What began with a single sale of 16 bags of Ethiopia Organic has grown into a company trusted by roasters nationwide.

Débora is the bridge between origins and Australia, making sure every container of coffee arrives safely and on time. Originally from Chile and trained as an industrial engineer, she brings a global perspective shaped by years of experience in freight, logistics, and project management.

Since joining InterAmerican Coffee Australia, she’s become the driving force behind the movement of every bag, box, and container. Known for her precision, creativity, and speed, Débora constantly challenges systems, negotiates smarter routes, and finds the most efficient way forward.

Sharp and determined, she’s more than a logistics specialist, she’s a connector of worlds. Whether working with exporters at origin or navigating shipping lines across continents, her work keeps Australian roasters closely connected to producers worldwide.

Julieta lives and breathes coffee. Trained as a journalist and later moving into marketing, she turned her passion for the bean into a career that connects roasters with origins.

Now a Q Grader and Quality Manager at InterAmerican Coffee Australia, Nicole works hands‑on with green coffee, ensuring quality at every stage and helping roasters unlock the full potential of each origin. Known for her sharp eye and commitment to excellence, she balances professionalism with a friendly, approachable style that makes her an invaluable guide and partner.

Outside the lab, Nicole’s fun and light‑hearted perpersonality shines through. Always ready to share a laugh, she pairs her meticulous, ritual‑driven approach to coffee with a warmth that makes her both memorable and trusted.

Oliver has spent over a decade immersed in Melbourne’s coffee industry, with the last nice years dedicated to the green coffee supply chain, working across sourcing, trading and relationship building. 

His path into coffee wasn’t a straight line. A background in project management spanning advertising and digital production gave Oliver a sharp commercial instinct and an eye for detail. These were qualities he carried with him when he made the move into specialty coffee. Starting as a barista and barista trainer before progressing into quality control, sample roasting and eventually green coffee trading. Along the way, he earned his Q Grader certification, a credential that reflects his commitment to quality. 

A firm believer that there is a coffee for everyone, Oliver brings a full breadth of experience to every conversation and has built strong, trust-based relationships with roasters across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. 

Rudy discovered coffee during his travels, where working as a barista in London sparked a lasting love for the industry. That passion eventually led him to co‑found InterAmerican Coffee Australia, a journey built on curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to quality.

As a certified Q Grader, Rudy’s expertise spans sourcing, roasting, and quality control, giving him a complete perspective on the coffee supply chain. He was instrumental in turning a bold ide, once tested on camping tables with a plug‑in kettle, into a thriving business that now connects roasters with origins across the globe.

Grounded yet ambitious, Rudy finds joy in building meaningful relationships between producers and roasters, ensuring value is created at every stage. His steady presence, determination, and eagerness to learn make him both a trusted partner to customers, and a driving force within the team.
