This coffee comes from our sister company SKN Caribecafe who process green coffee at their Gaitana mill in Tolima.

Tolima is one of thirty-two disctricts in Colombia, and is situated in the west of the country in the Andes Montains. The volcanic soil and humid climate create a beautiful lush landscape and rich biodiversity. 

However the area had been plagued for over forty years by conflicts between the FARCs and has only recently started to open up. Whilst it remains difficult to access, the region ranks third in coffee production in Colombia and the delicious beans produced there are well worth your attention.
