Coffee Bio

The Ginimao Estate was established in the late 19th century, and purchased by Steve Rebello in 1992. The Region Ginimao is known for its high-quality Arabica coffees and premium robustas. The Rebello family maintains tradition, but a touch of modernity has also moved to the region to compete in today’s market.

Ginimao is 2km away from Mallandur village on the outside of the Giri Mountains. The coffee plants grow under shade trees, which ensures slow and even ripening and preserves the habitat of native exotic birds and animal species.
