Cajamarca G1

Peru

Regional

Our Cajamarca lot is a regional coffee prepared by our sister-company, COINCA. The beans come from the mountainous areas around the towns of Churuyacu, San Ignacio, Huaquillo, La Coipa, Chirinos, Palo Blanco and Rodriguez de Mendoza.

Smallholder coffees are carefully selected to match this sensory profile before being blended into a larger exportable lot, ensuring that this staple coffee remains consistent throughout the year, harvest after harvest.
